PROMOTE the wonderful museums,and empowered and educated Indonesia more about the web. One of the
reason which inspired fifth Bubu Awards ( Bubu Awards V.05 ), Indonesia's web competition.

"Less people in Indonesia does not know how it is now the "IT" media that cannot be ignored, said Shinta Witoyo Dhanuwardoyo, CEO, Bubu Internet, at the announcement of the winner Bubu Awards, "Lintas Generasi Night", last week.

Bubu awards is a national scale design competition, in the field of the Web Design. And the event is highly anticipated by the Indonesian IT community. "Our theme for Bubu Awards this year is "Museum Indonesia" ( Indonesian Museum ), in the effort to promote Indonesian Museum to become one of the attractive tourism object for people to visit and building up society's awareness of Museum as a public area as well as society cultural center",
said Shinta.

We are hoping that by creating websites for various museums in Indonesia, build awareness and trigger the interest to learn about the rich Indonesian heritage. In conjunction, we believe that we have served as a valuable ground to compete innovatively both individual and corporate based web designers, as well as web sites owners. From here on, said Shinta, our aspiration is to endlessly inspire and ensure that the industry will not only here to stay but nurture as time elapses.

Telkom Indonesia tbk said, "As the industry have had its share of ups and downs, and especially in Indonesia, Bubu award have managed to stay strong and commited towards their goals. Become has the household name for the web design and internet marketing, Bubu has managed to juxtapose creativity and technology to hepls brand connect to their customers in a new meaningful way.

"We hoping too through Bubu Award v.05 all website can be more effective. Efectivity website can see from all user communication sites, the right and usage technology, interactivity and the newest content, said Risman Adnan from Microsoft Indonesia. He said, the participation on this competition could be one big step to announce the website to the audience. Besides, this website competition design push the good content and more effective partipate from the user.
