Jakarta - Aiming software users who work in Health Management sector, QPro Sukses Mandiri launched two synchronized application. The application it self are running to collect and unified data which are needed by the users.

Kurniawan Leonardi, Managing Director QPro Sukses Mandiri, said that his company already built two applications, those applications is SmartCare and Bismart. These applications were built to help local health service users.

Their goals are the doctor who uses the application for their work. It is estimated that there are around 60.000 doctors and 10.000 clinics establish in Indonesia.

Furthermore, through SmartCare application, users will be able to collect data, unified and stored them into data base. And with Bismart, those data can use by users to built table data for the advantage of the doctors and other related decision makers. [BI/ry/erf]

PRO HMS - The Hospital Management Solution

PRO HMS, our first product, was developed based on a study conducted at 25 private and government hospitals. The QPRO team became the choice of USAID to design and implement a Hospital Information Management System at five govermental self-financing hospitals. The project was supervised by the Ministry of Health of Indonesia (Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia) and by the International Science and Technology Institute (ISTI) of the United states of America. Today our hospitalsolution, while providing all horizontal functions, covers all vertical units of a hospital, like Out Patient, Emergency Room, Pharmacy, Logistics, Human Resource and Accounting.

Laboratory Management System – PRO LMS

PRO LMS is QPRO’s solution for laboratories. Besides facilitating daily work in the laboratory, it helps to increase the efficiency and quality of the laboratory’s output through the application of both, an easy to use and state of the art user interface, as well as online connection with analytical instruments, providing real-time results.

PRO LMS supports results for

By effective control on patient’s data and its’ efficiently storage for current and future use, PRO LMS speeds up the registration of patients, the input of tests and test results, and the instant availability of current and past results.

There is no need for double entry of patient’s data. For patients from one of the hospitals own departments, the needed portion of patients latest identification data will automatically imported from QPRO’s other products. Patients from outside the hospital, but already known patient, can be easily found by their demographic data. New patients can be registered in a fast and simple way.

Test entry will be done via user predefined pick lists for quick input of commonly used tests or test packages and will be completed with an automatic generated unique test number, patient’s data, sample information and staff’s identification.

Results can be entered via keyboard for manually performed analyses. The data entered, will be validated to ensure correct input. Text comments can be added. For a number of analyzers, data can also be collected directly from the analyzer. Instrument management is supported through a work list and work load feature.

All results will be checked automatically against user predefined limits or control rules. If a result is out of range it will be flagged for easy recognition. All patient results will be completed with the identification of the responsible analyst. PRO LMS allows for automatic approval of results which are within user’s predefined range or to put the result into a queue for later approval.

After approval, test results, including the responsible doctor’s identification, are added to the result history and become part of the patient’s electronic medical record. The complete result history can be made available at the treatment and examination room or at the nursing station.
