Andal Kharisma is an integrated package software for Attendance, Payroll, Income Tax (PPH 21), and Human Resource Management. Andal Kharisma is using Microsoft SQL " database, the security of Kharisma is divided into two, one is the module access right and the second is data access. Therefore the person who is in charge in salary calculation can be divided into several persons, the access right for the data is defined according to the job function.

User can define the allowances and deductions according to the attendance code or fixed every month, for allowance and deduction which are not regular in term of amount can use incidental allowance or deduction. Excel is a common tools to calculate number as well as to type the number, Andal Kharisma is using Excel for entering the incidental allowance and deduction parameters, User can use excel to enter data for THR and Bonus as well.

To calculate Tax is as easy as entering the tax setup parameter, once the user fill all the tax parameter, Andal Kharisma will calculate automatically every month. In order to have precise tax calculation, Andal Kharisma is using moving average method. Therefore the tax calculation is self adjusted every month. Once the salary is processed, user can print tax form such as form 1721 A1, 1721 A and 1721,

Andal Kharisma also has a module rooster for every employee, it makes easier to schedule the working shift employee such as in the production line, security guard and other shift employee.
